Fishing Boats, Rods, Reels and all the gear for catching big fish.

Fishing the mangrove flats from the Hell's Bay Skiff.

Fish with Captain Dave aboard his 18' Hells Bay Flats Skiff the "OpenFly". This is the boat for stealth and skinny water. This is a very custom Hells Bay Whipray. With the tunnel hull and jack plate, you'll skim over the shallows in as little as 8 inches of water at 40 mph.

The perfect boat for poling shallow water in search of Redfish and Snook.

With the boat loaded for fishing at just over 500 pounds, you'll pole the grass and sand flats in only four inches of water; get right into the home of large redfish and snook. You'll go where other flats boats can only dream of following. And, Dave can keep up the pace all day because this boat poles as light as a feather.

This 22' PathFinder Tower Boat is the perfect platform for everything from Tarpon to Trout.

Or fish aboard the "Fins Up", a 22 Pathfinder bay skiff by Hewes-Maverick. This boat is wider, with higher freeboard for increased stability and a smoother, drier ride. A great boat for the deeper flats and off the beach for tarpon or for that outing with all the family. With the 200 Yamaha HPDI, this skiff is quiet and does not waste any time moving from one fishing spot to another.

The PathFinder has plenty of speed to get you to the fish!

The "Fins Up" was modified by adding a custom aluminum tower, which allows Captain Dave and another person to stand 60 inches above the deck. This enables you to sight fish long before you would spook them. The boat has LencoTNT trim tab mounted troll motors. The boat also has live wells in the bow and stern; you're never far from the bait. There is a third live well / release well for tournament fishing, where the fish must be alive for weigh-in. Dave has equipped the boat with comfortable seating with a back rest, captain chairs, also a fighting chair is available on the bow if needed. There is plenty of room to bring all the gear associated with family outings. There is also a sun shade for those hot days.

Fishing with the best available equipment G Loomis, Ross Fly Reels, Shimano, DOA Lures, Power Pro, Cape fear and Fin-Nor gives you every advantage.

Captain Dave is a "Pro Staff Guide" sponsored by: Hells Bay Boatworks, Hewes-Maverick-Pathfinder, Mercury, Yamaha, GLoomis Rods, Ross Fly Reels, Shimano Rods and Reels, Cape Fear Rods & Fin-Nor Reels, Redbone Rods, St. Croix Rods, Mastery Fly Lines, DOA Lures & Power Pro, Stiffy Push Poles; Power Pole, the shallow water anchor; Lenco Troll & Trim Tabs and Lowrance electronics.
